A Baby Shower Photographer in Orange County

After taking portraits of Jessikah and Kevin a few weeks ago, Jessikah had told me that she loved her pictures so much, that she wanted to gift a session to her friend as a baby shower present. At this point, I had never even thought about gifting something a baby shower photography experience, let alone creating gift certificates for a baby shower. I suppose that’s the thing in launching a business, there’s always new ideas and opportunities that come your way.

This last weekend I met this beautiful family and was able to test myself at being a Baby Shower Photographer.

It was a blast. It was not only my very first baby shower I’d ever photographed, but also my very first baby shower I had ever attended. Needless to say, I loved it.

There is something so priceless about documenting baby shower photos of everyone so excited to meet this little girl that hasn’t even been born yet.

This baby shower was put together so well. From the mouth-watering food, to the playful decorations, I was in love with the whole set up. Throughout the hours of documenting this beautiful baby shower, I was able to capture such fun, exciting, and candid moments of the mom-to-be with her family and friends. When the mom-to-be was opening her presents it was so amazing to document those moments of excitement and tears. Editing those baby shower pictures just reminds me of how timeless those reactions are, and has me falling in love with the career I chose, all over again.

I’m so honored that Jessikah hired me to document her friends’ baby shower and I got to take a spin at being a baby shower photographer for the day.
