Why are your canvas prices different from what I got my other artwork for?

I was just wondering. I have these canvases in my home that I got from the local swap meet where I was able to just go in, pick out what I wanted on them, then order them and they came back at a really low price. Knowing what your prices are and what you charge, I was wondering why and how anyone could reconcile spending that much on canvases and/or wall art, when I was able to get artwork for my home so cheap.

Hey Curious Catie, I can understand where you’re coming from because we have gotten similar questions from other people too. Let’s tackle this beast for you, yeah?

1. What are you getting at the other place? Where are you getting your Canvas’?

When you go to a swap meet or any place that markets and delivers the way that you described, here is what you are getting. You are getting a pre-fabricated copy of something that they designed a template for, and now they are simply reproducing for whoever asks for it. The artwork you receive for your home is not one of a kind and is a little higher quality version of a screen printed shirt. I am sure the canvas they use to print the picture on is good quality, and the artwork could be great depending on the printing process they use, etc.; however, the process they use to create it is similar to a manufacturing line at a factory where they can crank out multiple copies of the same item. This can be a great way to get some cheap artwork for around the house that still looks decent and can tie a room together.

2. What you are getting with us?
