Oh how I absolutely love the holidays! One of my favorite things about the holidays are the traditions that we get to develop over time! This will be Jeremiah & I’s first Christmas with our Family of Four! We had one, by ourselves, a second with our dog Cian & this will be the third, with our second, newly adopted dog, Lacey! I love how my family is growing with each year that passes!

Every year for Christmas Jeremiah & I spend the morning together, we open our stockings, followed by our presents and then we make Dutch Babies, also known as German Pancakes or Puffed Pancakes for breakfast. More than likely it’s Jeremiah who is cooking while I am cleaning and wrestling with the dogs. When the breakfast is made, that is how we know Christmas has officially arrived! :) Afterwards we open up our home to our friends and family, have anyone and everyone over in our cozy apartment and watch movies, eat and tell stories about what has happened throughout the year.
