Family Photographer in Yorba Linda
I am so excited to blog these Yorba Linda Family Photos. I have known this family for years so when they were ready to document their family for the first time, I was ecstatic!
These two love birds met in September 1999 and were set up by her mom friend’s who worked in Dr. J’s office (Yorba Linda Family Chiropractic – If you need a Chiropractor, he’s the best). They met at a happy hour, had a blind date with an audience, and their lives began to unfold as they became one.
A few years later and their family grew with one precious little girl, followed by horses, chickens, dogs, and most recently the exciting adoption of another spontaneous and precious little girl!
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing this family for a few years and knowing how much Stephanie is not a fan of her picture being taken, I feel so honored that she took the leap and trusted me that it wouldn’t be so bad.
I just know that these photographs are going to hold such a special place in their hearts, especially now that they’re family has grown so much over the years! After all, the last time they ever had a professional photographer was at their wedding. :)

“Oh my Gosh!! this is the place to get your family photos, or any photos for that matter. let me tell you first that I HATE taking family pictures…if you’ve seen me you know why :) but seriously, I’ve had pictures taken before and the photographer places me in awkward poses, tilts my head in crazy position, and expects me to smile like I enjoy being a contortionist. Then I have to go and pick out the “best of the worst”. So needless to say I was hesitant to go through this again with my entire family. But, after hearing Brittney’s story about why she is so passionate about family pictures I knew that I had to get them done (I don’t know if she tells everyone her story so I won’t go into the details…but it’s quite moving).
From the start to finish it was great. They start with giving you a questionnaire about what YOU want from the pictures, colors, location, why you’re getting them, if you want pets or other family members, ect…very detailed. Then you pick the location, they come to you…no studios for us yippy!! She even helped my wife pick out the right colors for her.
We went out to the location and she said, “let’s take some pictures” and we just kinda stood around and played, I really didn’t think she could’ve possible gotten any good pictures from what we were doing…but she did!! She just kind of followed us around for a while and eased us into different backgrounds…if was easy, I even found myself enjoying the process…who would’ve thought?
When Jay came by to present the photos all of us were amazed, amazed at the quality, amazed at everything that they could do with the process, amazed at the pricing, and amazed at the service that they provide. I even had them do my professional pictures for my business.
Every once in a while you come across someone that gives their heart and soul into what they do and consistently gives more than they are paid…this is one of those. I hope this help anyone that out there in yelpland” -Bill J.
