Imagine you had a day to learn from some of the top entrepreneurs in the nation. They would share with you the tips and strategies to build your business and take them to the next level. That’s exactly what the Next Level Business Builder event was about at Evolution Seminars!

It was amazing hearing from Bob Donnell, Jim Cathcart, Erik Swanson, and Marcus Slaton. They shared on everything from how to build meaningful relationships to sales techniques and pursuing your passion in life.

Bob Donnell spoke on having an Inner Game that is strong enough to support where you are and where you want to be in your business, as well as some phenomenal practical steps to get there.

Jim Cathcart spoke on relationships and the importance of thinking of how you would handle a situation if you were already at the level you are wanting to be at. He also stressed not comparing yourself to others, but rather chasing yourself 10 years from now, like Matthew McConaughey talked about in his acceptance speech at the Oscars.

Erik Swanson gave a very entertaining presentation on creating “Habitudes” that propel you toward a better future and a better you and gave out some good sales tips as well.

Marcus Slaton finished up the day talking about silencing the negative voice inside of you and moving forward towards your goal, no matter how much you think you can’t do it.

Jim gave Bob a gift of a silver acorn. The symbolization being that, although we may be or feel like the size of an acorn now, we should think like the Oak Tree and approach life thinking, “If I was at the level I want to be at, how would I handle this situation?”

Erik showed us how to take a picture with a celebrity and make it look like they are looking up to you. Here’s the step: Say, “hey do you mind if we take a picture? Cool. Let’s point at each other. Ok, great.” Then when the photographer is about to take the picture, you put your hand down and it looks like the celebrity is pointing at you and saying you’re the man. Haha. Crazy Erik.
