Next Level by Association with Michael Levine

Dec 21, 2012

December 21, 2012

This months Next Level by Association evening was taken place at the Anahiem White House. This month was a big month for Next Level by Association, and my dad, Bob Donnell. This month marked the 24th month that Next Level by Association was founded, that is two years! How amazing is that? If you would just love to know more about NLBA, check it out here: Next Level by Association.

This months Guest of Honor was Michael Levine. Michael is a PR phenom who has represented 58 Academy Award winners, 34 Grammy winners, and 3 Presidents. More importantly, he had an incredible Next Level message to share… The Magic O’s — Qualities of the SUPER successful.

A few other people that were introduced and re-introduced were, Azim Khamisa and Bruno Serato.

Azim Khamisa was a Guest of Honor a few months back and has an amazing story on how he forgave the person who murdered his son. It is such a heart tugging story. If you missed that blog post, just click here: https://kincannonphotography.com/next-level-by-association-azim-khamisa/.

My dad, Bob Donnell had asked if Bruno Serato would shared his story. He is the owner of the Anaheim White House. When Bruno Serato began to share his story I noticed a few people in the room get teary eyed. It was amazing, incredible and it’s outstanding that he still does this today. Did you know, the Anaheim White House is the only restaurant in the world, that feeds 300 homeless motel kids a night? That’s seven days a week, three hundred kids per night. Amazing… Here is a little bit of his story:

In 2005 Bruno and his mother were visiting the Boys & Girls Clubs in Anaheim. Upon arrival they had noticed a boy eating potato chips for dinner. That’s when they learned that his parents couldn’t afford to provide a real meal for their son, so Bruno’s mom insisted that Bruno feed the child. The family lived in a motel and couldn’t afford to provide meals themselves or their children, that is when Bruno went home and made pasta for the boy. Upon arriving at the motel with pasta, he learned that there were over 70 other kids that needed food as well. So, he went home and made more pasta for the children. That was the first of 250,000 meals that Bruno has served to children in need. To this day he still serves to those children and feeds 300 children a night. :)

Isn’t that incredible? It is so awesome and amazing to hear these stories and the good that goes on in the world even if we don’t know it or don’t see it. It’s amazing to know that there are people that have their own restaurants, own businesses and even their own companies, yet they still make time to serve, give and donate what they can.

I hope you all have enjoyed this blog and took a little something from it.
