Wedding Photographer Dana Point

It was a gorgeous Saturday around noon when we made our way to the beach for this Dana Point wedding, to celebrate the marriage of Katie and Alex. The sun was high, but the clouds were out, making for the perfect setting for these portraits.

When the preparation and planning for the ceremony came to a halt, Katie rounded the bend at the end of the tree decorated walkway and made her way down towards the grass, over looking the beach.

The contrast and brilliance of her white dress and red hair seemed to make her glow against the overcast background.

Alex stood at the alter, proudly watching as his wife-to-be approached and was handed over for him to take her as his wife.

Before their family and friends, they exchanged vows, shared laughs and promised with their placement of rings that they would love each other until death would part them.

As everyone cheered them on, they stepped away from the alter and into a new chapter of their lives.

It was an honor to be apart of this wonderful day and to witness these two embark on a new journey together. Katie and Alex clearly love each other and it shows in every look they give each other and every moment that they enjoy with each other.

This Dana Point wedding was simple, yet perfect in every way. Their love for each other and for life is fantastic to watch. I am excited for them as they take off into the next years of their life together and unveil what’s in store for them at each and every turn. Life will be filled with excitement and challenges, but these two are sure to get through them as they face whatever comes their way together.
