Grandma and Grandpa got the best gift from their kids this year. In celebration for their anniversary, their kids reserved a date for their Family Photography session by Orange County Family Photographer, Kincannon Photography. It was the perfect Anniversary gift for these spontaneous grandparents.

First off, this family is the epitome of a loving family. They absolutely love being around each other, enjoying good food and the company of one another.

Their daughter and son in law met in 5th grade and began dating at 19 when he gave her a cup of coffee, they’ve been together ever since. Since then it’s been 14 years of crazy love and recently celebrating their baby girl who is as happy as can be.

This family photo session in Orange County had a multitude of reasons to be documented. Other than being an anniversary gift, it was also a way for the granddaughter to see what their family is all about and how amazing and fun her “mamaw”, “papaw”, auntie and uncle are, and how much she is loved by all of them.

The goal: have fun and make memories.

This anniversary session was also in celebration of 47 years of marriage, the root of the family that started it all and their advice on marriage was, “fight and argue a lot” which was followed by tons of laughter, haha.

The men were champs throughout their entire Orange County Family Photography experience and even though they didn’t want to be there, I know they all secretly had fun and it turned about better than they had anticipated.
Maddie was one of the best one year olds I’ve ever photographed. She was filled with such excitement, seizing every opportunity to chase the ducks that she could, and picked up pine cones along the way.

There is a lot of love in this family and it’s easy to see why they love spending time together and embracing each other. Nowadays it’s so refreshing see families that just love each other to no end. Mother in laws & daughter in laws getting along, marriages withstanding decades, and children growing up with love all around them.
