Family Photographer in Corona Del Mar

Meeting the this family was a breath of fresh air. They’re those kind of people that you know just make the world a better place. They are kind, funny, sweet and their daughters were so delightful. Riley and I chatted about gymnastics, cartwheels, and fishing while we captured her photos. And Payton, well – she didn’t want to leave her mommy’s side. But, who could blame her when you have a mom as loving as Loren.

Payton tried hard not to look at my camera, but in the time frame that I photographed her, I’d say she started to warm up to me, at least a little bit! :)
One of the things I love about photography and being a family photographer in Corona Del Mar is that each child and each person is different. I get the opportunity to capture each individual’s personality at that stage in life. Some children have their fingers in their mouth, others don’t want to look at the camera, and some just want to be silly the entire time. There’s something so significant about capturing an someone’s personality at certain stages in life. I suppose it’s just one of the many reasons I love being an Orange County Family Photographer.
After spending time in this charming Orange County neighborhood taking portraits, we headed down to the sands of Corona Del Mar. The girls were able to run, play and do cartwheels along the beach. They also spotted some friendly sea creatures throughout the tide pools as well.

This family wanted portraits that captured their children’s personality; none of those, “sit here, tilt your head sideways and smile” pictures. They dreamed of portraits that shared who they are, and who their children are. They wanted a family photographer that could capture the candid moments so they could cherish them for a lifetime, and I am so thankful that I had the privilege to meet and document this beautiful family in Corona Del Mar.

Wrapped up in the arms of the person you love while your kids run around your feet. Priceless.
